Shipping Policy
At Lamb Babies, we know that when you're waiting on something for your little one, every day counts. This Shipping Policy explains how your order gets from us to your door.
1. How Your Order Is Fulfilled
Orders placed on lambbabies.com are packed and shipped from Amazon's fulfillment network on our behalf through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment. Amazon stores our inventory, packs your order and hands it to the carrier. Lamb Babies remains your seller and your point of contact for everything about your order.
A few things to know:
- Your package may be delivered by Amazon Logistics, UPS, USPS, FedEx or another carrier selected by Amazon.
- Your package may arrive in plain or Amazon packaging that does not show the Lamb Babies name.
- Items from one order may arrive in more than one package, on different days.
- Because your order was placed on our website, it will not appear in your Amazon.com account, and Amazon customer service can't access it. For any help with your order, please contact us at help@lambbabies.com.
2. Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to addresses outside the United States. Some addresses, such as APO/FPO/DPO military addresses and U.S. territories, may not be eligible for delivery.
Some items may not be available for delivery to every address. If an item can't ship to your address, you'll be told at checkout.
3. Processing Time
- Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
- During peak periods, such as holidays and major sales, processing may take a little longer.
- Choosing a faster shipping speed shortens transit time, but it may not shorten processing time.
4. Shipping Speeds & Delivery Estimates
The shipping speeds available for your order, and an estimated delivery date for each, are shown at checkout. Availability depends on the item and your address. Typical transit times after an order ships are:
- Standard: about 3–5 business days
- Expedited: about 2 business days
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.
5. Shipping Costs
- Standard (3–5 business days): $4.90, or FREE on orders of $50 or more.
- Expedited (2 business days): $12.90.
- Your shipping options and the final shipping cost are always shown at checkout before you place your order. We may update our shipping rates from time to time; the rates shown at checkout apply to your order.
- When we run an additional shipping promotion, it will be shown on our website and applied at checkout.
- Amazon Prime membership benefits, including free Prime shipping, do not apply to orders placed on our website.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return or replacement is due to our error (see our Return Policy).
- Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because Amazon begins processing orders quickly, please email help@lambbabies.com as soon as possible with "Change Order" or "Cancel Order" and your order number in the subject line.
- We can usually change or cancel an order only before it has been released for shipping, typically within a few hours of being placed. We'll always try, but we can't guarantee it.
- Once a tracking number has been issued, the order can no longer be changed or canceled. You may return eligible items under our Return Policy.
7. Order Tracking
When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show activity. If your order arrives in more than one package, you may receive more than one tracking number.
8. Delays
Delivery may occasionally be delayed by weather, carrier issues, high-volume periods, or other events beyond our control. If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 or more business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 5 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we'll look into it.
9. Lost, Stolen, or "Delivered but Not Received" Packages
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't find it:
- Please wait up to 48 hours. Packages are sometimes marked delivered a little early.
- Check around your home, with neighbors, and with your building's mailroom or front desk.
- Confirm that the shipping address on your order confirmation is correct.
If it still hasn't turned up, contact us within 7 days of the date it was marked delivered. Include your order number. We will work with Amazon and the carrier to investigate. If the carrier confirms that a package was lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund. For packages confirmed delivered to the address provided, we will help with the carrier claim, but we can't guarantee a replacement or refund.
10. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by starting a return on our Returns page or emailing help@lambbabies.com. Include your order number and photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label. Please keep all packaging until your claim is resolved. We'll make it right as described in our Return Policy.
11. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Lamb Babies is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address that you provided. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you. Once the package is back in our inventory, we will either reship it (additional shipping charges may apply) or refund the item price. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
