Where do you ship to?

We ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Some addresses, such as APO/FPO military addresses and U.S. territories, may not be eligible. If an item can't ship to your address, you'll see that at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Delivery speeds and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. Typical transit times are about 3–5 business days for Standard and 2 business days for Expedited. Peak seasons and weather can occasionally add a little time.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping (3–5 business days) is $4.90, and it's FREE on orders of $50 or more. Expedited shipping (2 business days) is $12.90. Your shipping options and final cost are always shown at checkout before you place your order.

Can I use my Amazon Prime benefits?

Amazon Prime benefits, including free Prime shipping, don't apply to orders placed on lambbabies.com. Your order is a Lamb Babies order that Amazon ships for us.

Will I receive tracking information?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When your order ships, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update. You can also check your order anytime under My Order.

Question 7

Why does my package look like it came from Amazon?

Accepted Answer

Because Amazon ships our orders, your package may arrive in plain or Amazon packaging and may be delivered by Amazon, UPS, USPS, FedEx, or another carrier. Your order won't appear in your Amazon.com account, and Amazon customer service can't access it. For any help, please contact us directly.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please email help@lambbabies.com as soon as possible with "Change Order" or "Cancel Order" and your order number in the subject line. We can usually make changes only before the order is released for shipping, typically within a few hours. Once a tracking number has been issued, the order can't be changed or canceled, but you can return eligible items after delivery.

My tracking says delivered, but I can't find my package. What should I do?

Please wait up to 48 hours, since packages are sometimes marked delivered a little early. Check around your home, with neighbors, and with your mailroom. If it still hasn't turned up, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll work with Amazon and the carrier to investigate.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club, plus Shop Pay (including Shop Pay Installments), PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely through our Shopify checkout, and we never store your full card number.

What is your return policy?

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they're unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all parts included. See our Return Policy for full details.

Are there items that can't be returned?

Accepted Answer

For the health and safety of all babies, we can't accept returns of items that go in or near a baby's mouth once they've been removed from their sealed packaging. This includes pacifiers, teethers, bottles, nipples, cups, and feeding utensils. We also can't accept opened bath, skincare, and personal-care products, items marked Final Sale or clearance, or gift cards. These exclusions don't apply if an item arrives damaged or defective.

How do I start a return?

Go to the Returns page on our website, linked in the footer, and enter your order number and email or ZIP code. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label addressed to the Amazon fulfillment center that will process your return. Please use only the label we send you and ship your return within 14 days. Returns can't be started through Amazon.com.

Do I pay for return shipping?

For returns that aren't due to our error, the cost of the prepaid return label is deducted from your refund. You'll see the label cost before you confirm your return. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the return label is free.

When will I receive my refund?

Accepted Answer

Once your return arrives at the fulfillment center and is inspected, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method within 3 business days and email you a confirmation. Depending on your bank, it can take another 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. You can check your return status anytime on our Returns page.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, size, or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

We're so sorry! Please let us know within 7 days of delivery by starting a return on our Returns page, with photos, or by emailing help@lambbabies.com. If a manufacturing defect shows up during normal use, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you. If anything could affect your baby's safety, please stop using the item right away.

I received a Lamb Babies item as a gift. Can I return it?
