Return Policy
We want you and your little one to love everything from Lamb Babies. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Your order is shipped from Amazon's fulfillment network on our behalf, but because you bought it on lambbabies.com, returns are started with Lamb Babies, not through Amazon.com. Your order won't appear in your Amazon account, and Amazon customer service can't process it. Please use our online Returns page described below.
Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking information.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them
- In their original, undamaged packaging, with all parts, accessories, manuals, and tags included
Returns that arrive used, damaged, or incomplete may receive a partial refund or may be sent back to you.
Items That Can't Be Returned
For the health and safety of all babies, we cannot accept returns of:
- Items that go in or near a baby's mouth once removed from their sealed packaging, such as pacifiers, teethers, bottles, nipples, cups, and feeding utensils
- Opened bath, skincare, and personal-care products
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page, including clearance items
- Gift cards
These exclusions do not apply to items that arrive damaged or defective, or to items that are the subject of a safety recall.
How to Start a Return
- Go to the Returns page on lambbabies.com (linked in the footer of our Website) and enter your order number and the email address or ZIP code used for the order.
- Select the items you'd like to return and the reason. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please upload photos.
- Once your return is approved, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label by email. The label is addressed to the Amazon fulfillment center that will process your return. This address may differ from return to return, so please use only the label we send you.
- Print the label and attach it to the outside of your package. Please ship your return within 14 days of receiving the label.
- Packages sent without our return label, or to any other address, cannot be matched to your order and may not be refunded.

Return Shipping Costs
- Change of mind: For returns that are not due to our error, the cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from your refund. The label cost is shown before you confirm your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Our error: If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the return label is free. In some cases, we may not need the item back.
Refunds
- Your return is received and inspected at the Amazon fulfillment center. This usually takes a few business days after your package is delivered there.
- Once the inspection is complete and your return is approved, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method within 3 business days and email you a confirmation.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Refunds go to the original purchaser. If you received the item as a gift, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. To get a different item, size, or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, includes the wrong item, or is missing an item, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. You can start a return on our Returns page or email us. Include your order number and photos of the item and its packaging.
If an item has a manufacturing defect that shows up during normal use, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. If you notice anything that could affect your baby's safety, stop using the item right away.
After reviewing your claim, we'll send a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges. You won't pay anything extra.
Product Recalls
If a Lamb Babies product is ever recalled, we will post the details on our website and contact affected customers when we can. Please follow the recall instructions, even if your 30-day return window has passed.
Final Decisions
Lamb Babies decides whether a return is eligible based on this policy and the inspection of the returned item. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law.
