A. Information You Provide Directly

• Contact and account details: name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and account login details
• Order details: products purchased, order history, and gift messages
• Payment information: processed directly by our third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card number.
• Baby registry and family details: information you choose to give us, such as your registry name, items, event date, expected due date, or your baby's name or birthday
• Product registration: your name and email address, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number and mailing address, plus the product you registered, its purchase date, color or size, where you bought it, and its lot or batch code
• Communications: messages to customer service, survey responses, and product reviews

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our Website, we and our partners automatically collect:

• IP address and approximate location (city/state) derived from it
• Device type, operating system, and browser
• Pages viewed, products viewed, time spent on pages, and links clicked
• Referring website or advertisement
• Information collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies

Product registration: We use the information you give us when you register a product only to contact you about safety alerts or recalls for that product. We do not use it for marketing, add it to our email list, or sell or share it for advertising. It is stored securely with our website hosting provider, and only authorized Lamb Babies staff can access it.

 

4. Pregnancy and Baby-Related Information

If you give us your expected due date or other pregnancy-related details, for example when creating a registry, we use that information only to provide the services you requested. That includes your registry and the reminders or recommendations you ask for. We do not sell this information or use it for targeted advertising. Where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent before collecting or sharing it, and you may ask us to delete it at any time.

 

5. How We Disclose Information

We disclose personal information to:

• Service providers that work on our behalf, including our e-commerce platform (Shopify), website hosting, payment processing, our returns management provider (ReturnGO), email delivery, customer service tools, and fraud prevention
• Amazon and shipping carriers. Amazon fulfills our orders through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment. To ship your order, we share your name, shipping address, phone number, and the items ordered with Amazon and the delivering carrier.
• Analytics and advertising partners (see Section 6)
• People you choose to share with, such as gift recipients and anyone who can see your registry, depending on your registry privacy settings
• Professional advisors, such as lawyers and accountants
• Government authorities or other parties, when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Lamb Babies, our customers, or others
• A successor business, if Lamb Babies is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets

Our service providers may use your information only to provide services to us.

 

6. Advertising, Analytics, and "Selling" or "Sharing"

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do work with advertising and analytics partners, such as social media and search advertising platforms, that use cookies and pixels on our Website. These partners collect information about your activity, such as pages viewed and purchases, to measure our ads and show you Lamb Babies ads on other websites and apps. Under some state laws, this may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising."

You can opt out at any time:

• Enable a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser. We treat a GPC signal as a request to opt out of sales, sharing, and targeted advertising for that browser.

How to make a request. Email help@lambbabies.com with the subject line "Privacy Request". To protect your information, we will verify your identity, usually by matching information you give us to information we already have. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, and we may ask for proof that the agent is authorized. We will respond within the time required by law, generally 45 days.

Appeals. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will respond to your appeal within the time required by law. If you are not satisfied with the result, you may contact your state's Attorney General.

No discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

California "Shine the Light." California residents may ask once a year whether we have shared personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
